Adding internalframes into desktoppane defined in a different .form file

I hope I can explain my issue well. I am building a java application with a menu and a desktoppane in which I add and display internalframes with the other swing controls on them. Right now I have many of these internalframes all in one .form file. I don't like to have everything in this one file.

So my question is, how can I add internalframes that are desgined in another .form file into main desktoppane and display them correctly?
