Is there a tool to generate classes from an .xsd? Idea

Oops, I reread your question (you want xml, not java) and realized I didn't give you an answer you were looking for.

Since xsd is in xml, you could write a little xslt to transform it into the format you are looking for. Or, are you looking for something to "dummy-up" some sample data?

I think this will help, I solved this making my oun java classes to doit, but I think this could be helpfull in some cases, but still is hard working...
