| Is there a good site or material that's not too expensive that someone has used to learn how to use netbeans. I'll be using it for PHP primarily. I just haven't found a good resource yet and this thing has soo many features I don't know where to start to be honest with you.. |

well, what abut NetBeans as IDE, I'd look for information on
netbeans.org, wiki.netbeans.org, or http://blogs.sun.com/netbeansphp.
If you are really stuck then don't hesitate to ask about particular
functionality.
