FTP partial upload

Hi,

I've a php project and i want to upload it onto a FTP server.
My local project is like this:

Source files
|
- documentation
- tools
- www

I've to upload only www directory content to FTP. I musn't upload documentation and tools directories.
Is NetBeans FTP tools can do that, and if yes how can i do it ?
