adding libraries

Hi people,

I need to add java package to the net beans editor to "get rid of all those red lines" that indicate errors.

I am editing single files that are not in a project. I compile the files in a terminal with my classpath env set. So compilation isnt the problem - its netbeans.

one library is a jar file and the other is a directory with class files.
