Hi,
Maybe someone here will have some suggestions for my problem.
I have been writing a rather large netbeans/J2SE application for a
little over a
year - started it late 2008 or early 2009.
I am currently usign NetBeans IDE 6.7.1
This month I added a new frame to support/control an additional piece of
equipment.
I added over 3 dozen components to this frame - among them are eleven (11)
jtextfields. Now I have decided to replace the jtextfields with jEditorPanes
so that I can use text/html in the text.
Problem - I can not delete the 11 text fields. I can only delete 2 of
the 11.
Most of these had been created using "duplicate" of the first one.
The inspector view shows them there, and in the graphical view they show
up, but
without the appropriate properties.
Fortunately, I make a backup of the netbeans projects folder on a
regular basis,
and I can replace the Form file with an older one. and rebuild the
entire frame.
But this is alot of work.
I have tried to edit the form file and remove the 11 jtextfields with
WordPad,
but then Netbeans complains that the Form file is unusable.
So, I restored the form file from my most recent backup - and again
have the 11 undeletable jtextfields.
Any ideas will be appreciated.
