I cant run web application on netbeans 6.9, shoes deployment error in Tomcat

Hi all,

I am using the tomcat pakaged with netbeans.
In netbeans Sever properties of Tomcat i can see
server port - 8084
shutdown port - 8025

When I a simple web application (say abc) then tried to run or deploy index.jsp it shoes deployment error
Starting of Tomcat failed, the server port 8084 is already in use.
D:\Web Projects\NetbeansProjects\abc\nbproject\build-impl.xml:688: Deployment error:
Starting of Tomcat failed, the server port 8084 is already in use.
See the server log for details.
BUILD FAILED (total time: 1 second)

Even if the server is running I manually put url
http://localhost:8084/abc/index.html
browser shows 404 error, Page not found
Is it a bug in netbeans or I doing something wrong.
