When I open a simple web page in Netbeans and click the "Run Project" button, Netbeans launches Firefox via Parallels on my Macbook. Has anyone seen this behavior before? Netbeans has not always done this but, I have no idea what could have happened to cause it.

I click Run Project and Parallels launches and, eventually, Firefox is launched using Parallels. However, I cannot see the instance of Firefox that is running. The Firefox icon appears in the dock but clicking it does nothing.

Very strange. Netbeans must be pointing to the Firefox executable that must launch in windows, instead of the one on the OS X side of my partition.

I went into my instance of Windows on my Macbook and removed the Firefox application using Add/Remove programs but, still no joy.

Very strange.

Has anyone else seen this?

Thanks for any advice you can give.
