college mySql java issue

So I am working on a java project for a college asssignment (im a student ...) and dont know what I have done... but my sub menu (when create, delete find or update is clicked) wont display. what should happen is create is clicked and the sub menu displays with student, class or teacher. but now it just displays the form with no sub menu. I hope this wont annoy people but I have hit a wall on this. pease help. attached is the netbeans project.
