NB application with projects support

Hello all.

I develop NetBeans platform application with project support, and i have already implemented my project type (i mean implementation of ProjectFactory, Project and others). So i need UI to create/open my projects.
When i try to add to my module dependencies netbeans-modules-projectui module, i have some menu entries (Run as example), which i do not need, and i cannot delete thems by layer.xml. When i do not add netbeans-modules-projectui to dependencies, i cannot start my application because it is no modules which implements Project UI API. Which way can you recommend for resolving my problem?
