[platform-dev] NotificationDisplayer - notification position setting

Hi, I am using the NotificationDisplayer to display errors in balloons. Works
OK. But I need the baloons to be displayed on the rigth edge of the status
bar (it is by default when no other icons are ther). If there are another
icons (e.g. some status icons about connections) added to the status bar
then the balloon is displayed on the left side next to the icons. I have not
found any suitable solution how to set the notification to be displayed
always on the rigth edge even if there are some other icons on the status
bar.
