Hi I am developing a JSF 2 based POC on netbeans 7 and weblogic 11g (10.3.4)
When ever I try to run the application . the deployment fails .
The module has not been deployed.
at org.netbeans.modules.j2ee.deployment.devmodules.api.Deployment.deploy(Deployment.java:187)
at org.netbeans.modules.j2ee.ant.Deploy.execute(Deploy.java:106)
at org.apache.tools.ant.UnknownElement.execute(UnknownElement.java:291)...
If I try to manually upload the war file to the weblogic, it runs fine .
Do I need any additional addons or configuration to the weblogic server that I have successfully added to the netbeans service?? |

In couple of forums , I found that the issue was the wrong password linking the weblogic server. In my case , I have double checked it, in fact created a new domain with new password. All seems to be in vain ...
Any idea ....???
May be I will try it out in eclipse and see how it is behaving there .... |

Hi,
I'm having the same problem, with netbeans 7 and weblogic 11g.
I've tried to run netbeans with jdk 5 (changing the netbeans_jdkhome on netbeans.conf), that was suggested in some foruns, but nb7 doens't starts with jdk 5 or less.
I've tried to add the parameter "-J-Dsun.lang.ClassLoader.allowArraySyntax=true", but with no success too.
Does someone have any idea?
Thanks |

If I compile the project and deploy through the weblogic console, it works fine!
