Is it possible to tell why there is problem for connecting DB with Netbeans?

Hello I am working with http://netbeans.org/kb/docs/java/gui-db.html /
Building a Java Desktop Database ApplicationIn the stage Creating Application in finial point 7 when I click finish is trying to do something but at the end red mark around the cancel is it possible to tell why because I create two folder but no way. Thanks in advance
