Problem with Web Service in netbeans

Hello everyone. Im new to netbeans and im looking forward to find a solution to this problem i just have.

This is the picture of the tutorial im watching and trying to do (this pic corresponds to netbeans 6.8 ide) but in the netbeans i use which is 7.1 i cant see all this web services such as Amazon, Twitter, etc. When i click in my nb 7.1 Web Services its stays in loading but none is showed, and in order to continue with the practice i need to have Twitter Web Service folder or package to get the functions needed. I hope im explaining myself. So the question now is: How do i get this Twitter Web Service added to my netbeans 7.1 ide? Hoping anyone can help me. Thanks
