Hi. I've just started using Subversion with Netbeans (6.1). I've
checked in a Java project on one (os x) machine, and checked it out on
another. On the second box, for any source file, when I right-click
to run or compile, those options are greyed-out. I'm able to push a
change from the second to the repository, which when checked out on
the first box behaves fine. I notice the icon next to the various
java files is different on the second box: the bottom-right little
green arrow is missing, so some property might need a tweak, but it's
not clear to me which. Apologies if I've missed something obvious.

Thanks,
Mike

Hi,

have you checked out sources from within the NetBeans IDE? And what
about different nodes (packages, files) - invoking context menu.
Anyway, commit action is available only for modified files.

Regards,
-Peter
