Hello,

I am having a strange keyboard behavior.

Running Netbeans 7.0.1 inside Ububtu 12.0.4.
Ubuntu runs under windows 7 with vmplayer

standard install Ubuntu 12.04LTS

Strange behavior:
In Ubuntu I can use ENTER key in text editor or terminal, but in Netbeans 7.0.1
I cannot enter to next line. I can only type text...

How can this be???

Fixed: Another thread mentions that the rroblem is gone if you install Netbeans 7.1.2.

Why you go for the Ubuntu 2 , If you are running the net beans 7.1.2 then you have to start with window 7 , so that will be more beneficial for you to do work on net beans. Hope it will be beneficial for you.

Hello,

Thanks for the answer.
I wanted to try Ubuntu 12.04 and have a seperate enviroment.

but what benefits does it have to run Netbeans directly under windows.
The OS should not matter much right?

What i can do with IT problem in 7.0.1 in Ubuntu 12.04 in PHP project ?
Java deactivated and problem not resolved.
It is no else 7.1.2 in repothitory of ubuntu.
Whan else can i do?
(or turn to eclipse ? Smile

ou..(after 5 min^) : Solved by select of "Change project default to HTML 4.01 Transitional" after klicking on the info icon(lamp) left to..
