|

Hi!
I installed my own Maven repository with Sonatype Nexus on my server. I used the standard installation, and did only the needed changes like the install manual told me.
I can access the standard URL (http://www.mywebserver.com:8080/nexus/content/groups/public) from any client with any webbrowser. I see all the data. I can search for artifacts on the Nexus webapp.
I created the settings.xml as described under http://www.sonatype.com/books/nexus-book/reference/maven-sect-single-group.html.
When I start NetBeans, I can see a local repository (???) and the nexus repository.
Both repositories are empty, also if I do an 'Update Index' or an 'Index Now'.
I can't find the failure. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Christian. |

It was a Sonatype Nexus configuration problem. I had to run a "publish indexes" task.
Alternatively I can directly connect to every repository on the server (not over the public group).
Now it works, and a own repository manager seems to be very useful!
Gretings,
