Hi,
You should just be able to right-click any of the modules you've created (or the module suite) and click "run"; does this do the trick?

I'm not sure is this is best practice for your particular requirements, but if you right-click the module-suite in the "Projects" explorer window there should be an option for "Package As"; if you select a ZIP distribution, it will bundle jars for all your APIs and generate an installer for the app.
Hope this helps.
