New at netbeans platform, need help please

Well i just started using the netbeans platform for creating a GUI and my question is this, how do i run the application i made, when i used SAF i just clean&build and the .jar appeared on the dist folder, with this netbeans platform how do i do that?

Hi,

You should just be able to right-click any of the modules you've created (or the module suite) and click "run"; does this do the trick?

Well, yes it runs on netbeans, but what if i want to show it to someone else to run, do they new to install netbeans to run it?

I'm not sure is this is best practice for your particular requirements, but if you right-click the module-suite in the "Projects" explorer window there should be an option for "Package As"; if you select a ZIP distribution, it will bundle jars for all your APIs and generate an installer for the app.
