Hi, there's a plugin available for Code Blocks that allow you to set how the Project will increment both its major and minor version numbers as shown in the following URL.

Is there a similar feature for Netbeans? What I'd like to do is to have Netbeans increment the minor version each time I build, and allow me to increment the major version each time I'm adding new features. Both major and minor version would be appended as suffix to the executable.

I think this would be helpful when I'm adding new features and haven't yet checked into SVN, and just want to manually increment the major number to denote the executable is for a given release with the added features or bug fixes, and let Netbeans automatically increment the minor version numbers each time it's building.
