It seems like NetBeans escapes all non-alphanum characters.
So how to add a preprocessor like this? It's absolutely possible to modify the
Makefile manually but I need to add it through NetBeans.
Any help is appreciation. Smile

"Build|C Compiler|Include Directories" field expects simple static value. Complex value can be added into "Build|C Compiler|Additional Options" field.
