Could people (re)vote for this issue? It's been moved to the 'openide' component and previous votes were removed.

Anyway, if you agree that it's pretty lame that NB, after 9-10 years of existence, still doesn't let the user set the colors of its windows, vote for it:

Actually, given that the stupid bug tracking system loses all the votes when a bug gets moved to another component (another issue currently open , you may want to wait with your vote for a day or so
