How do you integrate mod_rails with NetBeans, particularly for debugging?

I don't know that there's a way. My solution has always been to
develop and debug with Mongrel or WEBrick, and deploy with Phusion
Passenger.

One user (mpapis) actually implemented support for it
(http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=135447). The patch is in
the issue waiting for me to apply it, which I haven't yet done because
of M2 bugfixing, but will do it this week.
