Error while adding Motorola iDEN emulator platform

OS: Windows Vista 32 bit Business
Java: 1.6 Update 11
Netbeans: 6.1 and 6.5

Netbeans is able to add every other platform that I use (Sprint, Nokia, SonyE, MotoOS, etc) but it chokes on iDEN one.

I got the same error on another Vista machine.

Any ideas?
