Hi,
I've just downloaded OS independent PHP 6.7 Beta .zip and cannot
install Python module. It is not listed in Available Plugins window.
Is it not compatible anymore?

It is not published on the NB 6.7 update center at this point.
However, it is compatible and should work with NB 6.7 beta. Here are
the continuous builds for the Python IDE: http://deadlock.netbeans.org/hudson/job/python/
I wrote up a simple wiki on how to install the Python IDE: http://wiki.netbeans.org/PythonInstall
I think you are looking for option 3.
