| When I go to Navigate, Inspect, File Members (Ctrl + O) in a PHP class or Javascript file, it just beeps ... does this only work in Java? |

CTRL + 7 does not work for you? It should popup the Navigator window.

| Yes, Ctrl + 7 works, but I think Ctrl + O in Java is more user-friendly if you are just trying to skip quickly to a method. |

not sure if I understand correctly, correct me if I'm wrong. You can change
shortcut for Navigator (Tools > Options > Keymap) as well as quickly find what
you are looking for - just open Navigator window and start typing.
HTH,
Tomas

You're correct, the only thing is with the navigator window, I don't always want it up all the time. So, I have to have previously minimized it so that when it loses focus, it goes away. With the Inspect File Members feature you don't have to worry about that. Also it pops up right in the middle of your screen, and it shows documentation for each member. It's not a big problem at all, but I thought maybe I was missing something because the menu options are there.
Thanks!
