how to connect weather sensor to web service and then connect it to java me client? i dont know but here's the overview of what im proposing. is this possible?

OVERVIEW

We will use a weather sensor to monitor the temperature and humidity of air that will then be connected to a module capable of interpreting data gathered from the sensor. The weather information will be monitored online. We will create a Java Micro Edition (Java ME) client that connects to a web service and displays the returned data using the Java ME data binding library and components bundled with the NetBeans IDE. The application fetches weather information from an online web service and displays the information in the Sun Java Wireless Toolkit emulator for mobile phones. The web service will be developed using Java Development Kit, Netbeans IDE and Tomcat Web Server 6.0 or Glassfish Application Server v2.
