Hi;
I've spent months trying to get Netbeans to work with xdebug -- I kept getting port 9000 conflicts, and if I moved to another port it would work for one session and then conflict again.

Until 6.7 RC 3! It finally worked! I also upgraded to the latest xdebug library; maybe that had something to do with it.

My joy was short lived, though -- I just upgraded to NetBeans 6.7 final release, and I have a new, different problem. When trying to debug, it launches the browser (firefox), which just hangs and says "Waiting for local host...", but no URL appears in the navigation bar.

I rebuilt my project (using only the original php files, but not the project configuration), so maybe I did something wrong there, but I've gone through it and can't find any problems. It's pretty basic.

Any ideas?

very unlikely NetBeans' problem (no change in PHP area between RC3 and FCS).
Have a look at our XDebug wiki page [1], it could help.
