Hi,

I'm enjoying my experience using Netbeans in comparison to Eclipse. One feature I'm looking for is the ability for the directory list to auto focus on the file selected in the main editor pane. I don't think it's available as part of the standard download. Could someone point me in the right direction for a possible plugin?

Thanks.

This ability was added as standard in 6.7.

You can find the option under View -> Synchronize editor with views

Hope this helps.

Thanks,
/James

Hi,

You can manually do that CTRL+Shift +1 just in case
you don't know.

I think its better that way to conserve CPU process.
Specially if you have multiple files open then click on
their tabs in the workspace then every time you do that
file browser will switch to each file.

I prefer when I am actually editing a file and want
to upload it, I'll just press on those keyboard short cut
to have that file focused on file browser and I can
right click to upload it to server. Smile

Just my personal preference.
