JSF + Dynamic Faces = old value submited

I have a page in visual jsf with two ajax transactions, txtAddress and txtPhone, those get re-rendered after the user puts the a code. When i select to modify an existing
record, I put the new phone in a textbox, but still the old value get's submitted.
i debug and the txtPhone.getText() returns me the old value. How can i solve this.
