I have a javascript app that does not need any servlets or JSP's - it uses only static .js and .html files.

Is there a way to set up a project and debug this app without having to deploy it to a server each time? I can do this in Eclipse with Aptana, but I am looking for a better JavaScript development IDE and was hoping NetBeans would be it,
