In netbeans 6.7.1

when i've created a php file with HTML code, how can I use autocomplete outside <?php ?> tags.

I want to create an autocomplete <? displaying <?php ${cursor} ?>

I've tried to put it in the editor with the languages PHP, PHPDOC, HTML, Plain text but none are working! Confused
