NetBeans Java ME Custom Component: PIM Browser

thank you for this sample,
i have followed the steps and ran the application. the compiler reported an error:

Incomparable types: javax.microedition.lcdui.Displayable and pimbrowser.PIMBrowser
if (displayable == pimBrowser) {//GEN-BEGIN:|7-commandAction|1|20-preAction


I do not understand this error?
- the code is automatically generated from building the midlet using visual designer.
- the declaration of pimBrowser is

PIMBrowser pimBrowser
and pimbrowser is a kind of LIST
which is a kind of screen ...
