Hello

I have netbeans 6.7.1 with php, xdebug fully configured and working

I have a problem regarding debugging: when I press run and/or debug file/project, the ide starts a new browser window to load the page and display the output, and I then need to get back to netbeans and start debugging.

Is it possible to configure it so that the output is in the output windows instead ? (if not, what is the point of that windows ...) It would be a lot simpler to do quick test in there.

Thanks for any help

not sure whether I understand you correctly - but if you want to see the
output in the Output window, you need to create a new Run Configuration, for
running a file as a PHP script (Project Properties > Run Configuration > New...

Run As Script (run in command line)).
