some problem about javascript debugger in netbeans for php 6.7.1

hello,
My English is not good enough.but I have some problem,need your help.
i do it .see:http://www.netbeans.org/kb/docs/web/js-debugger-ug.html

i use firebug 1.4.3 on firefox 3.5.3 to debug

in php file the breakpoint in javascript look like

when i debug this php file ,have not reacted.

and then i create a html file.
the breakpoint in javascript look like

when i debug this html file ,it also have not reacted.
what is the reason?

what shall i do?

is it bug of issues in netbeans for php 6.7.1?

i can use ie to debug the javascript
but firefox is not work?how to?
