After checking out a CVS how can I delete the darn thing???

I've checked out some GNU open source code using Netbean's CVS.

Now I don't want it anymore.

I can not delete the directory tree in Windows Vista.
The directory depth is way way too deep.

How can I delete it?

OK,

I got the directory tree deleted.

What I did was:
1. searched the internet for a java written recursive deltree class
2. completed the program
3. ran it to delete the directory tree.
