How to use Date Chooser in Netbeans 6.7.1 ?

I m a beginner so please explain me in more simple and prescribed manner. I want to implement a Date Chooser option in a JFrame .
I have seen many application where they gives an option to click & the calendar appears on selecting the day the date gets visible on the field.

I have studied several tutorials on Internet but i m unable to understand how to implement it in Netbeans ?

There should be a swing control for Date chooser already available in netbeans as File chooser & color chooser controls.

Please tell me how to use that.
