Hey all,

I've been using Netbeans 6.7.1 with MinGW/MSYS to do some Direct3D, and I've run into an issue.

The code compiles fine when I only use the one library file (d3d9.lib), but when I step up to another file (d3dx9.lib) the linker fails to find it.

I've added libraries the same way, by going to "Project Properties --> Linker --> Libraries --> Add Library" and selected both files from the dialog.

My output is shown in the image attached.

Does this sound like Netbeans, my development environment or the code?

Problem solved. Tried out 6.8, project won't open properly in 6.7.1 anymore. Had to add the path to the libraries in "Project Properties --> Linker --> Additional Library Directories"

Cheers,

Sorry, i thought that "problem solved" post would come up with "edit" tags
