Problem Deploying Web Module

I'm just starting to get to grips with the Netbeans/Glassfish combo in 6.9, and have hit a problem with a web module. Not being that used to things yet, it's probably something simple that I've done wrong...

I've got a JEE application with an EJB module and a WAR module. I've created some EJBs, accessed them from servlets, and it has been working fine. After adding a web service to a stateless session bean, I went back to re-run my web application, but when I try to run it I get error WEB0113 (Virtual server already has a WAR module [xx] loaded).

So I'm not too sure just why it is trying to load the module again. I've stopped and restarted Glassfish, and undeployed/redeployed the application but to no avail.

Can anyone more expert in Glassfish give any hints on what's going on?
