I want to add button (shortcut for Qt documentation) into IDE toolbar.
Is there any way to do this?

The proper forum is the developers list. I assume you're working on a plugin or RCP application. Just follow the New Action wizard.

I understand what you want but I think the only way I know to do something like that is creating a toolbar shortcut for an ant script target. You can create a snippet which use exec task.
