Changes:
* Variable values can now be changed in "variables" debugger window
* "pause" command added
* "jump" command bug fixed

Hi Mark,

These are very nice additions! Cool to see you've implemented them. We'd
definitely want to have these also in the "official" release, I'll take
a look at the patches.

Erno, great, I've just posted the changes to GitHub.

BTW, I started with release67_fixes; that seems to be the right branch, but I wasn't certain.

Yes, I think that really is the best repo for this: it's 6.7 with all
the fixes delivered afterwards (e.g. 6.7.1), which is probably what you
were looking for.

Thanks. BTW, I checked in another commit on GitHub yesterday that I missed the first time.

Also, I think that the Variable window change is backwards-compatible to Ruby 1.8.x. The jump and the pause are not.
