Question concerning Streaming of Live Audio.

I have tried to find a user's mailing list/forum
at the Apache httpd pages, and have had no luck.

I am serving Web Pages using html/css/jsp/javascript

from Apache/Apache Tomcat.

Apart from serving an mp3 file normally,

what are the options, using my technology stack, for

STREAMING LIVE AUDIO,

say from a microphone,

to client webbrowsers?

In the case where the audio is live, and a pre-saved file isn't an option?

Might someone please point me in the right direction?
