Log messages from GlassFish Gem

NetBeans 6.7, JRuby 1.3.1, GlassFish Gem 0.9.5

If an app is running using the GlassFish gem then it shows the message like:

-- cut here --
Starting GlassFish server at: 129.145.133.50:3000 in development
environment...
Writing log messages to:
/Users/arungupta/samples/jruby/RailsApplication6/log/development.log.
Press Ctrl+C to stop.
-- cut here --

Can we either "tail -f development.log" or append "-l" option when
starting the gem so that the log is displayed in the console.

This message is otherwise pretty meaningless.
