Hi,

I've got two possibly related problems with NetBeans 6.7 which I have both under Windows 7 64 bit and Fedora 11 64 bit:

1. In the Python Platform Manager, when I change the default platform (from Jython 25b0+ to Python 2.6.2) with "Make Default", the setting is reversed to the original default after a restart of NetBeans.

2. The same thing happens when I try to change the Options->Fonts & Colors, Language: Python, Category: TODO settings.
I changed many color settings in categories of "Python" and "All Languages" and they all are kept after a restart, except for the TODO settings.
This doesn't bother me at all, I'm just posting it because it is another setting that is not saved after a restart.

I reinstalled NetBeans twice, as the C/C++ bundle + Python plugin and manually directed the Python Platform Manager to my Python installation (autodetect works too), but also as the NetBeans IDE for Python EA2 bundle from http://download.netbeans.org/netbeans/6.7/python/ea2/
Both problems always stayed.
Searching for solutions only brought me to this:
"GSP coloring is not stored so it is valid only in one session."
http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=159464

Which sounds similar, but I don't really know what it is and it doesn't help me, but it is another example of preferences which are lost in a new session.

My main concern is, that the Python Platform Manager default is not saved.

Best regards,
Patrick
