Can't uninstall or install IDE

I recently installed Netbeans w/6.7.1 ran great for 10 days now it will not start and I can't uninstall and reinstall. Platform windows XP. Would appreciate any advice. Sad I have attached the uninstall Log file, which says it can't find a cluster.
