I have Netbeans 6.8 for Web installed on Mac OS X 10.5.8 (PPC), I have
one main project made with automatic project plugin, currently closed.
It compiled beautifully as it came. No other projects are open and
visible in the GUI.

I have Scan on Demand installed. I also have module manager installed,
which indicates SOD is active.

When I open the project scanning continues forever, to the point of NB
being completely responseless. In the end I have to force quit Netbeans.
The generated OS X error log at <http://pastebin.com/1XKXJtmE>.

What can I do?

It would seem that all I had to do was wait for many many hours while NB
scanned thousands of files. It seems alright now, but I'm not sure as of
now how much of this is affected by the ScanOnDemand plugin, if at all.
