Hi!

i'm using Netbean IDE 6.9.1 and i wanna install the Java RTS plug in to this
Netbean. according to the instruction, to add this Java RTS module, i need
to click Tools->update center in Netbean. but when i click "tools", i can't
file the option "update center". please help
