Hi,

I'm trying to use derby for a portable application. which means it would be able to run the program enter data and take the program some where else and use previous data again. I went through several tutorials but it is bit unclear to me how to do this. expecting a help.

Your question might be better suited in

as it's mostly java, not NB.

The key question you should pose yourself might be: how should the data
be transferred? Web, USB, ...
