ok i downloaded netbeans and Cygwin and did all the steps but when i used the sample and pressed build like they said the make command was missing? what should i do? what should be in that area?

it is located in netbeans>>tools>>options>>c/c++>>cygwin

try to get it http://downloads.sourceforge.net/mingw/MSYS-1.0.11.exe
after installing set the make command in "...tools>>c++..." "<MSYS_DIR>/bin/make.exe". as i know, nb supports only msys make for GNU GCC compilers.

So, it means that maybe he don't have the msys make for GNU GCC compilers. That's why it happened.
