My .nbm does not appear the UI item in Palette

Hi all,
I have created a GUI item using AWT library with its BeanInfo including also an icon.

It can be successfully added on the Palette Manager from Tools->Add to Palette.

However, I would like to create it as a NetBeans Mobule (.nbm) file.
So, I built a Module Suite Project in NetBeans which generated the .nbm file successfully.

Then, I installed this .nbm file from Tools->Plugins->Downloaded->Add Plugins. Unfortunately, the UI item is not appeared on the Palette Manager.

But if I clicked on the Palette Manager and I added from a JAR(the .jar which is included in .nbm file!), the UI item is appeared on the Palette Manager.

Although the .nbm file contains the .jar file why it can not add the UI item on the Palette Manager? It seems that the Module Suite Project is now working properly.

Does anybody has any clue?
