Error installing android plugin

Hi all.

A strange error appearing in NB 7.1.2 when installing android plugin.
I've added the plugin and press install, NB is trying to install and near end, I get error:

"Cannot read NBM C:\Users\Oleg\.netbeans\7.1.2\update\download\org-netbeans-modules-android-kit.nbm"

"Not all of the plugins have been successfully downloaded. The server may be unavailable at the moment. Try again later."

I've checked file, and it's there.
I've tried to download separate archive and same error occures.
Security in windows is okay.
NB is running with admin rights.

Any idea what is the problem?
